House in Dream (I)

Although our humble apartment is a small one, I have not much complaints about it. After all, it can still meet the general necessities for the 4 of us.

Just that when the boys get bigger later, we foresee the irritating cramp in the house. Just imagine, the couch that was put 6 ft in front of the TV set won't be able to fit 3 hunks and 1 skinny lady, how frustrated it can be?

For this reason, I can hardly call this little apartment our dream house, for the basic requirement of our dream house got to be at least 4X-5X bigger than the one we are living in right now, with at least 2 bathrooms (very important), ok.

Thus, it becomes one of our biggest interests to visit many different kind of houses in the recent years, particularly the show house, which can literary resemble the house in our dream in many ways. For example, the newly visited bungalow as shown as below ....

Heard there are many new projects built along the beach side of Batu Ferringi recently. It arouse our curiosity on how good they are going to look like? So, when we have the chance to visit Penang in one fine day, we made this as one of the activities for the trip.

Strange thing is, no one was there in the show unit nor the sales office. We could just simply walk in like nobody business. Need not to say, this is the best we had had amongst all those show-house visitation, compared to the usual one that we are always accompanied by an extremely talkative agent or marketing people.

Just when we entered the house, the boys ran no where to be seen immediately.

Ok, lets tour the house quietly...

Oh yes, our great dream house got to have great views too...

The open air dining hall.

I like the design, very Thailand-feel...

The upper floor...

Master bedroom.

The view outside the master bedroom's window.

The mock up plan of the villas.

The Hilltop Villas got their individual titles, for example Townesville; Brookesville; Charleston etc. Cool, I like it.

As a conclusion, this house is near to perfection. It's at least 10X bigger than the little apartment that we are living in, but the price is only 2.5X more. Thinking of it will bring us to vain again. Sigh...

Fionne, HK has many luxury high end condo and bungalow too, with fantastic sea view.

Depends on the location, a house with 3000sq ft can easily cost up to RM15 mil and above.

One got to be flirty rich to afford a bigger house. That's life in HK.
