House In Dream (II)

Along the beach of Batu Ferringi, this high rise condominium had captured our attention very easily because of its extra ordinary huge balcony facing the sea. So, we called an agent to make an appointment for the next day.

Both we and the agent arrived the venue on time, sharp at 1pm. A good start.

The agent took us to the block that is nearest to the sea side. Needless to say, the price is the highest compared to the other 2 blocks in the area.

The first place we approached soon when we entered the house is of course the huge balcony. Finally, we got to see what one can see when standing at this point.

Look how breathe taking the view it is...totally unblocked.

We stood at this huge balcony and talked to the agent for a long time. To summarize the conversation, each floor consist of 1 unit (above 6000 sq ft), with 2 equally huge balcony facing the sea. Although the price is considered very reasonable (RM300-400 / sq ft), the occupancy rate is low, around 22% only since it's opened 3 years ago. We think the reason is because the house is really too big either for own living or rental purpose.

To us, the major attraction is its huge balcony, not just 1 such big balcony for each unit, but 2. It would be really nice to make it as an open air living place indeed.

The view on the right hand side.

The view on the left hand side.

This house at the cape looks great too.

As the house is zero furnished, it's nothing too fascinating inside there, except the space is so large that we felt like walking in a maze. And I have no kidding to say that it will be hard to look for the people who is somewhere else in the house.

No any better words to describe this condo except : huge and fantastic !

One last look at the pretty sea view before we finally left the condo.
